Combine banana, Cocorosco coconut oil, milk & sugar in a short, wide mug. Stir thorougly with a fork till well mixed.
Add flour, salt, baking powder & vanilla.
Stir till everything is just incorporated. Gently fold in chocolate chips, dotting some on top of the batter. Don’t overmix.
Cook in microwave for about 1.5 mins – 2 mins, or till centre of the cake feels spongy but moist (not too soft/wet) when lightly pressed with your finger. It’s better to undercook it slightly than to overcook it. Allow to cool for 2 – 3 mins before eating.
